This website is published by TMC Interior Architecture, operating at Ritim Istanbul, Maltepe, for the purpose of exhibiting bespoke furniture manufacturing, interior architecture projects, and enabling architectural consultations.

2. Intellectual Property & Portfolio Photography

All materials presented on this website, including 124 project photographic assets, architectural details, custom cabinetry designs, 3D visualizations, editorial texts, brand identity marks, and software code, are protected under Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (Law No. 5846) and international copyright conventions.

Permitted Use vs. Commercial Restrictions

The portfolio is published exclusively for personal inspection, design inspiration, and legitimate architectural consultation inquiries. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, or publicly exhibit any photography or design assets for commercial purposes or represent them as your own work without prior written authorization from TMC Architecture.

3. Architectural Quote Wizard & Estimation Nature

Our online interactive quote wizard is engineered to provide an exploratory preliminary estimation based on user-entered dimensions, models, and material options (such as silky matte lacquer or authentic oak veneer):

  • Non-Binding Preliminary Estimate: Outputs generated by the quote tool do not constitute a legally binding contractual offer. Final pricing requires a millimetric on-site spatial survey, material sample selection, and a formal written contract.
  • Site Reality: Bespoke architectural joinery adapts to real structural conditions (wall angles, plumbing runs, ceiling anomalies) that can only be verified during physical inspection.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

When using our website, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Automated ScrapingDeploying spiders, crawlers, or automated bots to harvest project imagery or data without explicit authorization.
Security TamperingAttempting to probe vulnerabilities, bypass admin authentication, or inject malicious payloads.
